1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between gte99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each registered member ("User", "you") who uses its services. These Terms apply to the use of the gte99 website and all related digital services.

gte99 provides online casino gaming and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. Using the platform means you have fully read and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using gte99.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If gte99 detects the existence of multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate their balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gte99 may request documentation for identity verification at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, mobile banking confirmation, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

To participate on gte99, you must be at least 21 years old. Creating or operating an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is discovered, it will be closed immediately and all balances will be confiscated.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use gte99:

• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited
• Individuals previously banned by gte99
• gte99 employees and their family members
• Those who have applied for self-exclusion

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

gte99 supports local payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Funds deposited into your account are only accepted through registered payment methods.
• Deposits from accounts held in a third party's name will not be accepted.
• gte99 reserves the right to verify unusual or suspicious transactions and may cancel such transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

gte99 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (bonus + deposit amount). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses apply only to users who make deposits with real money.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.
• gte99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus terms must be fulfilled before winnings earned using a bonus can be cashed out.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

The gte99 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular activity and betting history. The specific benefits of each tier will be communicated separately.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on gte99 follow fair play principles. The rules specific to each game are displayed within the game interface, and it is the user's responsibility to read them carefully.

6.1 Game Results

• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• gte99 game results are impartial and not predetermined.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the staked bets will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the live dealer's decision is final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits may change at any time. gte99 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits if necessary.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gte99 platform and violating this rule will result in immediate account closure:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using software bots or automated tools to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Card counting or applying any other prohibited gaming strategy.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

gte99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account being inactive for an extended period of time.
• On the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In this case, all uninvested balances will be returned, however bonus funds will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

gte99 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Technical problems caused by third parties.
• Losses caused by the user's own error.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.

In any situation, gte99's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of that specific transaction.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

gte99 is committed to protecting users' personal information. Collected data is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and fraud prevention. gte99 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Amendment of Terms and General Provisions

gte99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be informed as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. Failure by either party to enforce any clause of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
